I specialize in trade, business on the domestic market and the market in the Czech and Polish Republics.
Professional experience:
During my 30 years of experience, I have worked in several companies in the Slovak Republic.
For twenty years I was at the head of the joint-stock company Koba a.s. Banská Bystrica, previously Koba v.o.s. Banská Bystrica. (1995-2015)
In Koba v.o.s. I was a statutory member and commercial director of the company, which was later transformed into a joint-stock company.
Subsequently, I served as Chairman of the Board of Directors in the joint-stock company.
The business of this company was retail and wholesale. I built a network of 38 retail stores of the fashion brands RESERVED and Cropp Town with a turnover of more than 40,000,000 EUR and about 500 employees. Since we were part of the international network LPP S.A. Poland, my work consisted of frequent travel to Poland where I gained many business partners and friends in this country.
For the last 10 years, I was the sole director of KT Management spol. s.r.o. and my task was to search for business opportunities in the field of food retail. Business partners were mainly from the USA, Great Britain, the Netherlands, Poland, France, the Czech Republic and Taiwan.
During my time in the company's structures, I underwent various education and the most important were:
Marketing and advertising, Management of large enterprises, Planning and projects.
I also worked in sports structures, namely the football club Jupie Banská Bystrica where I was responsible for marketing, and the women's basketball club Agromepa Banská Bystrica of the 1st league, of which I was a co-owner.
I speak Slovak, English and Polish
I am ready to share my experience with the Chamber of Commerce and thus contribute to its progress and growth

CURRICULUM VITAE
Fils Andriamainty is an Associate Professor, researcher, and expert in the field of pharmaceutical chemistry with more than thirty years of experience in higher education, scientific research, and academic leadership. He is affiliated with the Faculty of Pharmacy of Comenius University in Bratislava, where he has been actively involved in teaching, research, and the advancement of pharmaceutical sciences.
He graduated in Biophysics and Chemical Physics from the Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Informatics, Comenius University in Bratislava, obtaining the degree of Master of Science (Mgr.) in 1991. Following his graduation, he worked as a lecturer at the Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Informatics and subsequently as a Research Scientist at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Comenius University. Between 1993 and 1996, he completed his doctoral studies in Biochemistry at the Faculty of Pharmacy, earning a PhD. degree.
Since 1996, he has been a member of the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Comenius University in Bratislava. From 1996 to 2011, he served as a lecturer, and since 2011 he has held the position of Associate Professor in Pharmaceutical Chemistry. His teaching and research activities focus primarily on pharmaceutical chemistry, physicochemical properties of biologically active compounds, drug development and evaluation, and modern analytical methods in pharmaceutical research.
In February 2019, he was appointed Acting Head of the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry, and from July 2019 to June 2026 he served as Head of the Department. During his tenure, he made significant contributions to the development of research infrastructure, modernization of teaching methods, and support of doctoral education.
Since 2025, he has served as Vice President of the Slovak Pharmaceutical Society.
Throughout his career, he has participated in numerous national scientific research projects, published extensively in respected international scientific journals, and supervised many undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students who are now active in academia, healthcare, and the pharmaceutical industry.
His professional and scientific activities have made a significant contribution to the advancement of pharmaceutical and chemical sciences in Slovakia and have strengthened international scientific cooperation in these fields.
CURRICULUM VITAE
After completing in 1981 my university studies in international relations with a specialization in Arab countries, I began working at the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Prague, and then, starting in 1993, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Slovakiain Bratislava. At headquarters, I worked primarily in the department responsible for, among other regions, the countries of the Middle and Near East; in 1988, I worked in the Department of International Law; and from 2008 to 2009, I served as Director of Diplomatic Protocol. Since 2009, I have repeatedly served as director of the territorial department at headquarters. Of my 41 years of service, I spent more than 31 years working at embassies in South and North Yemen, Sudan, Egypt, Libya, Iran, and Uzbekistan; and, following the Gulf War, as a government representative in Kuwait and Iraq, From 1993 to 2022 I was serving in rank of Ambassador.
I am fluent in English, Arabic, and Russian.

ICCDC FOUNDER'S SPEECH
Dear Friends,
The idea of establishing the International Chamber of Commerce for Development and Cooperation arose naturally through both professional and personal meetings with our business partners and friends. During these discussions, we increasingly explored opportunities for closer cooperation across various sectors and within the countries represented by our partners.
It was from these conversations that the vision emerged to create a platform for communication, collaboration, and the pursuit of shared opportunities—not only in trade and business, but also in culture, education, science, sports, and other fields capable of bringing people and nations closer together.
From the initial concept to its realization, the journey was remarkably swift. On 18 September 2013, the International Chamber of Commerce for Development and Cooperation (ICCDC) was officially registered as a civic association.
Following its establishment, ICCDC elected its President and Vice Presidents representing individual countries, including Madagascar, Oman, Vietnam, Saudi Arabia, India, and Russia.
From the very beginning, the organization was guided by two fundamental documents—the Statutes and the Code of Ethics. Every member committed to upholding these principles, which became the foundation of our activities and reflected the values upon which we sought to build cooperation, trust, and mutual respect.
Building International Cooperation
Throughout its history, ICCDC has initiated and supported a number of important international activities and negotiations.
We participated in discussions in Jordan, organized through the efforts of the Vice President for Saudi Arabia, where we explored the Red Sea Project Jordan as well as opportunities for cooperation in photovoltaics and energy development.
We organized a working mission to Madagascar, where we met with representatives of the Madagascar Chamber of Commerce and local business leaders. Discussions focused on potential cooperation in industry, energy, agriculture, tourism, science, and technology.
Our Vice President for Oman, Juraj Zábojník, facilitated presentations of Slovak companies to Omani partners and contributed to the preparation of the official visit of Princess Dr. Mona to Slovakia.
ICCDC also facilitated negotiations involving the Government of the Slovak Republic and the Ministry of Economy with Black & Veatch (USA) and RNGS (Russia) regarding the potential construction of an LNG production facility in Slovakia.
In addition, we organized meetings between Swiss and Italian business representatives and officials from the Government of the Slovak Republic, including representatives of the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Economy, and Ministry of Transport.
A New Chapter
Following the outbreak of the global pandemic in 2020, ICCDC gradually reduced its activities. However, in 2025, together with friends and long-standing partners, we made the decision to renew our efforts and continue the mission of ICCDC with renewed energy, fresh perspectives, and a strengthened commitment to international cooperation.
After many years of service, I also decided to step down from the position of President of ICCDC. This important responsibility was entrusted to Abdelaziz Benaoudia, who also serves as Vice President for Algeria.
I sincerely wish the new President, the Presidency, and all Vice Presidents every success, wisdom, and determination in guiding the future development of our Chamber.
Looking Ahead
I firmly believe that ICCDC will continue to serve as a strong link connecting entrepreneurs, institutions, and individuals from different countries. I believe it will continue creating opportunities for new partnerships, mutual support, and long-term cooperation.
Above all, I hope that ICCDC will always remain a place that brings together good, courageous, sincere people and true friends.
